1️⃣ Download the Burning software: The file package contains three files: “cfgfile”, “K438 Webcam Upgrade Firmware.bin”, and “K438 Webcam Firmware Flashing Software.exe”.

2️⃣ Plug the K438 Webcam into the computer, then open the “K438 Webcam Firmware Flashing Software.exe”.

3️⃣ Select the firmware file location and choose the file “K438 Webcam Upgrade Firmware.bin”.

4️⃣ Click “Upgrade”, wait for 4 seconds, and the upgrade will be complete.
